Walk Safe - Have you ever had to call a friend or family member from your mobile phone because you were in a dark place and concerned for your safety? Now you can connect with an Emergency Specialist who knows your location and can stay on the line, just in case you need help.
Silent Alert - Inevitably, there will be a moment in one’s life when there’s a gut instinct of being in imminent danger. More often than not, your gut feeling is correct. So now you can follow your intuition. If you feel strongly that your safety is at risk, either by someone you know or a stranger, you can engage the Silent Alert and have police dispatched to your location. And if the situation is defused, you can immediately call back through your device, provide your correct passcode and request that the Silent Alert be cancelled.
Upon pressing your SOS button, a highly trained Emergency Specialist will communicate with you to understand your emergency and ensure that the proper emergency responders are dispatched to your location. Your Emergency Specialist will also contact the Emergency Contacts in your profile to provide updates on your status.
In situations of duress, you can provide the Emergency Specialist with an incorrect passcode. The Emergency Specialist always asks for your passcode as part of the protocol for each call. The Emergency Specialist will immediately dispatch police to your location but proceed with the call and not tip off your attacker.

Yes. All Safeline911 Emergency Specialist are required to complete 180 hours of classroom training before they’re ever permitted to take a call.
